Region 5 ESC provides access to digital copies of instructional materials under consideration for adoption.

The digital content and online passcodes arrive in late spring before the selection year.  This allows educators and the general public the opportunity to have input into the state review panel meetings which take place each summer.

Then, during the fall and winter months, the instructional materials are available to local adoption committees to aid them in their selection.

Proclamation 2020 Pre-Adoption Samples

Access to instructional materials are available on TEA's website and for viewing at the service center throughout the year. Instructional materials may be previewed at any time during the cycle upon request. During the month of January, Region 5 ESC will host an Instructional Materials Fair at our service center for all Region 5 school district personnel to view instructional material and meet with company representatives.
