This is a Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program under TEC 37.011. Region 5 Education Service Center serves as the fiscal agent and instructional program monitor. A field service agent is assigned to coordinate and assist this program. the following assistance will be provided:

• Oversee instructional program
• Hire and evaluate instructional staff
• Assist with coordinating of services between district and county entities
• Schedule governance board meetings
• Assist with coordinating of services between district & county entities
