The Region 5 Education Network (EdNet) SPIN #143048067 provides internet and video services to school districts served by Region 5 Education Service Center. With an Internet hub located at Region 5 in Edison Plaza, local education entities may join the network to receive Internet access and video via high-speed lines. The regional network is capable of simultaneously handling Internet access, computer data transmissions and videoconferencing. The EdNet network is also partnered with LEARN Peering, Caching, and DDoS Service. This service enables friction-free low-latency access over clean pipes to content delivery networks, content providers and cache servers, and application providers (such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple).
